TEXAS MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING, L.L.C. As the founder and former Dallas Water Utilities employee, Saeed Rezai, P.E., has over 31 years of experience in design and project management in water transmission lines, water and wastewater main replacement, as well as water and wastewater main relocations in advance of paving and drainage improvements. The strength this firm brings in the way of large water transmission mains includes over 31 years of experience by Saeed Rezai, over 92 years of experience combined by Tino Contreras and Mike Perez, both former Dallas Water Utilities employees. Mr. Rezai, Contreras and Perez all have extensive experience in design, project management and construction management, as well as quality assurance working on DWU water and wastewater facilities capital improvement projects, including over 1 million linear foot of water and wastewater mains, designing and managing more than $500 million of scope with an impeccable reputation for good work.

Texas Municipal Engineering (TME) brings to each client a composite of over one hundred twenty three (123) years of technical knowledge and experience. As the founding principal of TME, Saeed Rezai served nearly ten (10) years as project manager, pipeline project management, five (5) years as section manager, water and wastewater Relocations, nine (9) years as project engineer and construction engineer in water and wastewater design section, over a year (1) as a project engineer in Relocations section and one year (1) as a project engineer, water and wastewater facilities for the City of Dallas. In addition, three years (3) as a project engineer for Hanson Pipe and Products, Inc. (Gifford-Hill American). Saeed has designed, contructed, and managed numerous critical water and wastewater capital improvements totaling serveral hundred million dollars.
